My experience on this connection issue is only in Windows 8 I tried connecting both mouse and keyboard in Windows 7 on the exact same Imac without any problems. It took me a very long time to find a solution and to get both mouse and keyboard connected to the Imac. After setup Windows 8 with Bootcamp I was unable to connect the keyboard.Ĭonnect the BT mouse is no problem. Now I can go between Windows & macOS and Apple devices just work.Recently I was dealing with an annoying problem concerning a Bluetooth connectivity problem on an Imaq with the alu wireless keyboard and mouse. You can now restart the system into macOS and now add the Apple devices to macOS. Once paired, you will notice that Touch Scrolling works on the magic mouse and Volume Up/Down keys will display the volumes graphics on the screen (just like macOS). Now, restart into Windows and you should be able to pair your Apple devices. Of course you will need alternate kbd & mouse temporarily (wired USB).
